摘要

Immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome ( IRIS ) refers to the abnormality due to the worsening of clinical symptoms during the reconstruction of immune function in AIDS patients undergoing anti - retroviral therapy. IRIS is currently the hotspot in AIDS treatment This paper reviews the damage, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the disease.%免疫重建炎性综合征(IRIS)是艾滋病患者在进行抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)时,机体免疫功能重建过程中出现的临床症状恶化的异常表现,是现今艾滋病治疗关注的焦点.本文从IRIS的危害、发病机制、诊断、预防与治疗等多方面对IRIS的研究现状进行综述.
