提高社区卫生服务魅力质量的对策研究

摘要

随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的深入推进,社区卫生服务的发展也取得了一定的成效,但仍处于起步阶段,如何合理解决患者分流、做好预约转诊服务等问题成为当前社区卫生服务发展的瓶颈.本研究基于魅力质量相关理论,结合我国社区卫生服务发展现况,对社区卫生服务质量进行界定及分析,并进一步为提高社区卫生服务魅力质量提出了一些对策建议,旨在探求一条有效途径发掘需方的潜在消费意愿,培养需方参与社区卫生服务的积极性,减少市场经济大环境对卫生服务市场造成的不利影响,使需方主动地选择社区卫生服务机构进行就诊,促进社区卫生服务的可持续发展.%In China, with the reform of medical and health system were deeply promoted , the development of the community health services have made some achievements, but it is still in the initial stage.How to resolve the unreasonable patients'distrihution and improve the two - way referral services is the bottleneck of development of the community health services.Based on the Charming Quality Theories and the development of community health services in China, this paper defines and analyses the charming quality of the community health services, and then makes several corresponding recommendations for its further development.The purpose is to fine an effective approach for exploring the potential consumption wills of demand - sides which would increase their enthusiasm for the community health services, and reduce the adverse effects impacted by the market economy on health service.In this way it would make the demanders select the treatment in community health institution initiatively , and thus the sustainable development of community health services would be promoted.
