数字减影血管造影术对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因的诊断价值研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of digital subtraction cerebral angiography ( DSA ) in etiology diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods We analyzed the data from 180 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage confirmed by clinical and imaging evidences.Results A total of 180 patientes received DSA examination.Aneu-rysm were found in 142 cases, arteriovenous malformation were found in 8 cases, moyamoya were found in 3 cases, and A - V fistula were found in 3 cases ( 2 of them in the boundary region of skull and neck ).Total positive rate was 86.67％ , with 24 negative cases.Conclusion DSA exhibits a high positive rate when applied to diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage , which makes it an important approach for etiology diagnosis of the disease.[%目的 探讨数字减影血管造影术(DSA)对不同病因的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的检出率.方法 对临床和影像学诊断为自发性SAH的180例患者行DSA检查,并对造影结果进行分析.结果 180例患者经DSA检查诊断为颅内动脉瘤142例,脑动静脉畸形8例,烟雾病3例,动静脉瘘3例,其中2例位于颅颈交界区,总检出率为86.67%,阴性24例.结论 DSA可以作为SAH患者病因诊断的主要方法.
