Objective To explore the clinical significances of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 cells imbalance in patients with hepatitis B. Methods The different T cell subtypes ( IFN - γ and IL - 4 ) were assessed by flow cytometry. The Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 levels between acute and chronic hepatitis B and among slight, moderate, and severe chronic hepatitis B were compared. Results The Th2 and Tc2 levels were significantly higher in chronic hepatitis B than in acute chronic hepatitis B ( t =- 3. 54, P =0. 001 ; t = - 2. 27 , P =0. 026 ) . Compared with the slight group, Thl and Tc1 levels were significantly higher in the moderate and severe groups ( P < 0. 01 ) . Compared with the moderate group , Th1 and Tc1 levels were significantly higher in the severe group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Th2 and Tc2 levels are associated with chronic inflammation in hepatitis B cases. Thl and Tc1 levels increase with the increased inflammatory activity in hepatitis B cases.%目的 探讨外周血Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2细胞失衡在乙型肝炎中的临床意义.
