代谢综合征与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要

代谢综合征(MS)是一组以胰岛素抵抗为核心,具体表现为高血压、高血脂、高血糖和中心性肥胖的症候群.大量流行病学研究显示MS与多种恶性肿瘤的发生相关,如胰腺癌、乳腺癌、直结肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌、肺癌等.本文就MS与肿瘤的流行病学和相关机制做一综述.%Metabolic syndrome ( MS ) is characterized by high blood pressure, high blood lipid, high blood glucose and central obesity with insulin resistance as the main characteristic. Many researches on epidemiology indicate that MS is related to many malignant tumors like pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer. This article summarizes the relationship between MS and tumors as well as related mechanisms.
