心力衰竭治疗前后心肌酶和肌钙蛋白T及C反应蛋白水平变化分析

To explore the changes of cardiac enzymes, troponin T, C - reactive protein before and after-treatment of heart failure ( HF ) to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty HF patients ( treatment group ) were given combination therapy, and the changes of CRP, CK - MB , cTnT determined before and after treatment. Sixty healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. Results After treatment, the CPR level of treatment group recovered to fiducial value of control group. The levels of cTnT, CK - MB increased significantly as compared with pre - treatment ( P < 0. 05 ), but still higher than fiducial value of control group ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Determination of CRP, cTnT, CK -MB levels helps to evaluate dynamically patients' condition and clinical therapeutic effect in HF patients.%目的 探讨心力衰竭患者治疗前后心肌酶、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化,为临床诊断与治疗提供参考.方法 选择心力衰竭患者60例(治疗组)采用联合用药治疗,治疗前后检测CRP、cTnT、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的变化.同期选择体检健康者60例作为对照组,同期检测上述指标.结果 治疗组患者治疗后CRP水平恢复到了对照组基准值的水平.治疗后cTnT与CK-MB水平较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05),但仍然明显高于对照组基准值水平(P＜0.05).结论 检测心力衰竭患者的CRP、cTnT、CK-MB水平有助于动态评价患者的病情变化及判断临床治疗效果.
