Day Surgery has been in existence for 30 years in North America and Europe. And hospital - community integrated continuous care after day surgery has further ensured patient safety. Day surgery has been adopted recently in some provinces and cities of China. However, due to poor coordination between hospitals and community health centers, medical care after discharge is of great concern. This article presents the current status of hospital - community integrated service of day surgery from dimensions of team building, referral system, technique improvement and personnel training, and quality control, aiming to provide evidences for model construction in West China Hospital.%日间手术模式在欧美国家已开展了30余年,并逐步建立了从院内到院外的连续性康复模式以保障患者就医安全.我国部分省市也开始实施日间手术模式,但由于综合医院与社区医疗的协同服务体系尚未建立、院后支持薄弱,患者后续医疗护理问题仍显突出.本文通过对日间手术医院-社区延伸康复模式的团队建设、制度保障、技术保障和质量评价等方面现状进行综述,以期为我国日间手术医院-社区延伸康复模式的构建提供依据.
