银杏叶提取物联合厄贝沙坦治疗高原地区老年高血压的疗效观察

摘要

Objective ToobservetheclinicalcurativeeffectofGinkgobilobaextractcombinedwithirbesartaninthe treatmentofsenilehyoertensioninolateauarea.Methods 60oatientswithhyoertensionhosoitalizedinHaixiPrefecture Peoole's Hosoital of Qinghai Province from 2012-2013 were selected and divided into the treatment grouo(30 cases)and the control grouo(30 cases)according to random number table. The control grouo took only irbesartan orally,while the treatment grouo took irbesartan olus Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets. Both of the treatment lasted for 30 d. Then this study observed the im-orovementofbloodoressureandadversereactionofthetwogrouos.Results After30days'treatment,18casesshowedacon-soicuous effect,10 cases effective and 2 invalid in the treatment grouo,whereas the data was 10,13,7 in the control grouo. The difference was statistically significant between the two grouos of oatients(Z= -2. 29,P<0. 05). In terms of adverse reac-tion:1 case in treatment grouo suffered slight headache and dizziness but the oatient recovered after the dose was reduced;in control grouo,2 cases aooeared allergic reaction and slight dizziness;no abnormal was found in heoatic and renal function in the twogrouos.Conclusion TheunionmethodofGinkgobilobaextractcombinedwithirbesartaninthetreatmentofsenilehyoer-tension in the olateau area shows definite curative effect with stable antihyoertensive efficacy,less adverse reaction and little he-oatic and renal damage,which is suoerior to single irbesartan. Therefore,it is worth oooularization and aoolication in clinic.%目的：观察银杏叶提取物联合厄贝沙坦治疗高原地区老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2012-2013年在青海省海西州人民医院内科住院的60例高血压患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对照组口服厄贝沙坦单一治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服银杏叶提取物片，均治疗30 d。观察两组患者的血压改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗30 d后，治疗组显效18例、有效10例、无效2例，对照组分别为10、13、7例，两组治疗效果间差异有统计学意义（ Z越-2.29，P<0.05）。治疗组1例轻度头痛、头晕；对照组2例出现变态反应，轻度头晕；两组肝肾功能检查均无异常。结论银杏叶提取物联合厄贝沙坦治疗高原地区老年高血压临床疗效确切，降压效果稳定，不良反应少，无肝肾损害，疗效优于单一应用厄贝沙坦治疗，值得临床推广使用。
