安全社区建设在伤害预防控制中的意义和作用

摘要

In recent years,injury severely threatens people's health and life. Injury prevention and control is attrac-ting more and more attention. In order to solve this public health problem,WHO has put forward the program of" Safe Communi-ty",which is not only widely accepted by experts and scholars all over the world but also has been popularized in many coun-tries. Although it started relatively late in China,the speed of development is very quickly. This paper is to introduce the develop-ment of safe community at home and abroad in recent years and attempts to raise some suggestions and countermeasures of con-struction of safe community in China,so as to promote safe community construction and increase communities capacity of injury prevention.%近年来，伤害严重威胁着人们的健康和生活，伤害的预防与控制受到越来越多的关注。为解决这一日益突出的公共卫生问题，世界卫生组织（ WHO）提出了“安全社区”计划，已得到了各国专家学者的认可，并且在不少国家得到了推广。虽然我国安全社区的建设起步较晚，但是发展十分迅速。本文通过对国内外安全社区近年来的发展情况阐述，提出了中国安全社区建设若干建议和对策，以更有力地推动我国安全社区的建设，提升社区事故伤害的预防能力。
