基于英国皇家全科医师学会岗位胜任力的全科医学研究生培训经验初探

摘要

This article summarized the experience of training postgraduate general practice students in Peking University Health Science Center using the post competency of Royal College of General Practitioners ( RCGP) , and analyzed the problems in the training process, in order to bring enlightenments for GP education in China.The RCGP post competency can be used as an important reference for the training of GP postgraduates and the standard training of GPs.A unique training method was formed in this attempt, which is helpful for the improvement of the training of GP postgraduates.%本文总结了运用英国皇家全科医师学会( RCGP）岗位胜任力对北京大学医学部全科医学研究生进行培训的经验，并对培训过程中遇到的问题进行分析和深入思考，从而为我国全科医学教育带来启示： RCGP岗位胜任力对于全科医学研究生的培养和全科医师规范化培训都有重要借鉴意义，通过此次探索已经初步形成了颇具特色的培训方法，有利于改善全科医学研究生培训的质量。
