目的 探讨空洞收缩率与良恶性空洞的关系,以期为良恶性空洞的判断提供参考.方法 选取2014年1月-2015年12月南昌大学第三附属医院收治的符合纳入标准的肺部空洞患者42例为研究对象.根据空洞良恶性,将其分为良性组(20例)和恶性组(22例).对患者进行CT扫描,测量空洞左右最大径及空洞前后最大径,计算空洞左右、前后径收缩率及空洞收缩率.结果 良性组空洞左右径收缩率(1.14±0.15)与恶性组(1.01±0.03)比较,差异有统计学意义(t′=3.545,P=0.002).良性组空洞前后径收缩率(1.13±0.10)大于恶性组(1.01±0.03),差异有统计学意义(t′=4.858,P<0.001).良性组空洞收缩率(1.29±0.25)大于恶性组(1.02±0.06),差异有统计学意义(t′=4.603,P<0.001).结论 空洞收缩率可以用于鉴别良恶性空洞.%Objective To investigate the relationship between cavity contraction percentage and benign and malignant cavities in order to provide reference for determining benign and malignant cavities.Methods Forty-two patients with pulmonary cavity admitted to the Affiliated NO.3 Hospital of Medical College of Nanchang University who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects from January 2014 to December 2015.The cases were divided into benign group(20 cases) and malignant group(22 cases) according to the benign and malignant cavity.The cases underwent CT scan for measurement of the maximum diameter from left to right and anteroposterior maximum diameter.The contraction percentage of the maximum diameter from left to right and anteroposterior maximum diameter,and the cavity contraction percentage were calculated,respectively.Results There was statistically significant difference in the contraction percentage of the maximum diameter from left to right between benign group(1.14±0.15) and malignant group(1.01±0.03)(t′=3.545,P=0.002).The contraction percentage of anteroposterior maximum diameter in benign group(1.13±0.10) was larger than that in malignant group(1.01±0.03),and the difference was statistically significant(t′=4.858,P<0.001).Cavity contraction percentage in benign group(1.29±0.25) was larger than that in malignant group(1.02±0.06),and the difference was statistically significant(t′=4.603,P<0.001).Conclusion Cavity contraction percentage can be used in differentiating between benign and malignant cavities.
