无创性经颅刺激与认知功能障碍治疗现状

摘要

In recent years,non-invasive transcranial stimulation has attracted more and more attention.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) have been gradually applied to the treatment of many neuropsychological diseases for its characteristics of simplicity and convenience,non-invasion and high efficiency.The paper introduces the research progress of rTMS and tDCS in the treatment of cognitive impairment diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease and vascular cognitive impairment,and points out that rTMS and tDCS have great potential in the treatment of cognitive impairment.%近年来,无创性经颅刺激日益受到人们关注.其中重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)和经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)因其操作的简便性、无创性以及高效性等特点,已被逐渐应用于多种神经精神疾病的治疗.本文介绍了rTMS和tDCS对于认知功能障碍性疾病如阿尔茨海默病及血管性认知功能障碍治疗方面的研究进展,指出了rTMS与tDCS在认知功能障碍的治疗中具有不可忽视的作用.
