心室-动脉耦联机制及相关影响因素研究进展

摘要

Ventricular-arterial coupling refers to a matching relationship between cardiac function and peripheral vessels. The heart still can provide adequate blood for peripheral organs even in pathological conditions by adjusting the matching arterial properties. At present, the researches on ventricular-arterial coupling mainly focus on the field of cardiac diseases, pulmonary diseases and circulatory shock. This paper summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of ventricular-arterial coupling and its influencing factors in above fields.%心室-动脉耦联是指心脏功能与外周血管功能的相互匹配关系.通过调整相匹配的动脉性能,即使在病理状态下,心脏仍能为外周器官提供充足的血液.目前,对心室-动脉耦联的研究主要集中于心、肺疾病及循环休克等领域,本文就心室-动脉耦联的机制、在这些领域的研究进展及影响因素进行归纳总结.
