我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养现状分析与探索

摘要

It introduced the cultivation status quo of master of professional degree postgraduate in China from aspects of training programs,training approaches and evaluation system.It pointed out master of professional de-gree postgraduate in China is still in its infancy.in one aspect,we should draw of the experience accumulated by foreign nursing personnel training;in another aspect,we should start from reality and actively explore and es-tablish a reasonable training program,scientific training path and perfect e-valuation system,fostering qualified nursing specialist personnel,so as to promote the development of nursing career in China.%从培养方案、培养途径、评价体系等方面介绍我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养现状。指出我国护理硕士专业学位教育处于起步阶段，一方面应借鉴国外护理专业人才培养方面积累的经验；另一方面应从实际出发，积极探索并制订合理的培养方案、科学的培养路径、完善的评价体系，培养合格的护理专科人才，从而促进我国护理事业的发展。
