[目的]了解优质护理示范病房住院病人需求,制定符合本科室优质护理特色病房的护理人力资源配置的最优标准。[方法]采用自行设计的病人需求调查表,随机对风湿免疫科163例住院病人进行调查,测量满足病人需求所需护理工时,从而推算出所需配置人数。[结果]病人信息需求平均得分3.25分,自尊需求平均得分3.21分,环境需求平均得分3.21分,安全需求平均得分3.14分,爱与归属需求平均得分3.05分,自我实现需求平均得分2.99分,生理需求平均得分2.73分；病房日均护理总时数为96.8 h±2.4 h,所需护士人数为22人。[结论]优质护理示范病房病人需求从高到低依次为信息、自尊、环境、安全、爱与归属、自我实现、生理需求；根据科室病人需求进行合理的人员配置,可保证优质护理服务质量。%Objective:To know about the inpatients’requirement and satisfaction in high quality care demonstra-tion ward,and formulate the optimal standards of nursing human resources allocation fitting the high quality characteristic nursing ward in our department.Methods:The self designed patients’requirement questionnaire was used and a total of 163 in patients in rheumatism immunity department were investigated randomly,and to measure the required nursing hours that met the patients’needs,then to estimate the human number of re-quired configuration.Results:The average score of patients’information requirement was 3.25,the average score of self esteem requirement was 3 .2 1 ,the average score of environmental requirement was 3 .2 1 ,the aver-age score of security requirement was 3.14,the average score of love and attribution requirement was 3.05,the average score of self realization requirement was 2.99,the average score of physiological requirement was 2.73;the total hour number of ward daily care was 96.8 h±2.4 h nurse,and the required number of nurses was 22. Conclusion:The patients’requirement in high quality care demonstration ward from high to low are informa-tion,self esteem,environment,safety,love and attribution,self realization and physiological needs;it can guar-antee the quality of high quality nursing service by reasonable personnel allocation according to the needs of pa-tients in department.
