舒适护理在激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼中应用效果评价

摘要

[目的]评价舒适护理模式在激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼中应用效果。[方法]158例行激光治疗的原发性闭角型青光眼病人随机分为舒适组(83例)和常规组(75例)，舒适组采取舒适护理模式，常规组采取常规护理模式。比较两组病人围术期焦虑情况和舒适度，以及对护理过程满意度。[结果]舒适组病人焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于常规组(P <0.05)，心理舒适度、生理舒适度和环境舒适度评分均高于常规组(P <0.05)，对护理过程满意度远高于常规组(P <0.05)。[结论]舒适护理有助于降低激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼病人围术期焦虑情绪，提高舒适度和对护理过程满意度。%Objective:To evaluate the application effect of comfort care for patients with primary angle closure glaucoma treated with laser.Methods:A total of 158 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma treated with laser were randomly divided into comfort group (83 cases)and routine group (75 cases),and the patients in comfort group received comfort care mode,while the patients in routine group received routine nursing mode. The patients’anxiety and comfort and satisfaction to the nursing process were compared during the periopera-tive period.Results:The patients’anxiety score in comfort group was lower than that in routine group (P <0.05), psychological comfort score,physiological comfort score and environmental comfort score were all higher than that in routine group (P <0.05),and satisfaction to nursing process was much higher than that in routine group (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Comfort care is helpful to reduce the anxiety of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma treated with laser during the perioperative period,improve patients’comfort level and satisfaction to the nursing process.
