肿瘤病人经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管穿刺口渗血的护理研究进展

摘要

It reviewed the research progress on care of puncture capillary hemorrhage in tumor patient receiving peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)and analyzed the reasons of it from the full range and multi fac-tors.It probed into the concept of bleeding,the amount of bleeding judgment and related factors of bleeding,put forward the prevention of hemorrhage and nursing measures,so as to reduce the occurrence of complications of puncture capillary hemorrhage.%综述肿瘤病人经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)穿刺口渗血的护理研究进展，从全方位、多因素分析肿瘤病人 PICC 后发生穿刺口渗血的原因，对渗血的概念、渗血的出血量判断及渗血的相关因素进行探讨，提出预防出血和护理措施以减少穿刺口渗血并发症的发生。
