品管圈活动在某儿童专科医院降低静脉输液渗出率中的临床实践

摘要

Objective:To reduce leakage rate of intravenous infusion in a children’s hospital by using quality con-trol circle.Methods:It carried out the quality control circle on the theme of reducing leakage rate of intravenous infusion in children’s hospital.With the help of scientific quality management method,it investigated the status quo of the leakage rate of intravenous infusion in emergency department of children’s hospital.It analyzed the reasons of leakage by using fishing diagram and setting out a target with the combination of the control circle capability.It formulated corresponding measures,implemented review activities,carried on comparative analysis of the impression and formulated the standard operation procedure finally.Results:The leakage rate of intrave-nous infusion in children’s hospitals dropped from 5.66% to 2.44%.Conclusion:The quality control circle ac-tivity produced a remarkable effect in reducing the leakage rate of intravenous infusion in children’s hospital. The posters that surround the children’s right methods ensured the effectiveness of health education produced by the quality control circle activity.In the process of infusion,the incentive mechanism finished the children’s pain nursing and psychological care,at the same time,it ensured the children’s psychological health.%[目的]应用品管圈降低儿童专科医院静脉输液渗出率。[方法]开展以“降低儿童专科医院静脉输液渗出率”为主题的品管圈活动，借助科学的质量管理方法，在儿童专科医院门急诊进行静脉输液渗出率的现状调查，运用鱼骨图分析输液渗出原因，结合圈能力设定目标，制定对策并实施检讨，比较分析改进的效果，最后进行标准化流程的制订。[结果]儿童专科医院门急诊的静脉输液渗出率由改善前的5.66%降至改善后的2.44%。[结论]品管圈活动在儿童专科医院降低静脉输液渗出率中有显著效果。通过品管圈活动制作的儿童正确环抱方式海报保证了健康宣教的效果，同时在输液过程中采用的激励机制实现了儿童的疼痛护理和心理护理，保障了儿童的心理健康。
