门诊围绝经期妇女的健康知识和就诊现状调查

摘要

Objective:Tounderstandthecurrentsituationandneedsofperimenopausalwomen,weperformedasurveyofsuchpatientsonawarenessofthehealthknowledgeofthisperiod,aswellasprovisionoftheirmedicalhistoryandinformedoftheirowndisease,sothatdoctorscancarryoutthedoctor-patientcommunicationtargetly.Methods:Toassess277casesof40-60year-oldpatientswithdifferentcomplainsthroughFebruarytoApril,2012byaquestionnairesurvey.Results:Allpatientsdidn’tfullyunderstandtheperimenopausalsymptoms;especiallytheawarenessofcardiovasculardisease(only10.47%),only40.79%ofwomenknowHRT.Duringthetreatmentprocess,mostpatientscanclearlytelltheirpurposeandcurrentstatus,morethanhalfofthemcannotprovidetheprevioushistoryoftreatment,andabout65.70%ofpatientslosttheinformationofprevioustreatment.Approximately56.68%ofpatientsgenerallyunderstoodthedoctor’streatment,butonly47.29%ofthemcouldrepeatthedoctors’exhortations.Conclusion:Theeffectivephysician-patientcommunicationcanimproveperimenopausalwomen’sawarenessandself-healthcare.%　　目的：通过对笔者所在医院妇科门诊围绝经期妇女对这一时期健康保健知识认知情况的调查，及对患者在提供病史，对自身疾病知情方面的调查，了解这一人群的现状及需求，以便有针对性地进行医患沟通.方法：采用问卷法对2012年2-5月因不同主诉就诊的40~60岁妇女277例进行调查.结果：调查对象对围绝经期症状知晓不够全面，尤其是心血管疾病方面知晓率仅为10.47%，对HRT的知晓率仅为40.79%.就诊过程中，大部分人能清楚说出就诊目的和现在情况，但一半以上患者不能提供既往就诊及治疗病史，并且有65.70%的患者丢失以往就诊资料.约56.68%的患者表示基本理解医生的处理措施，但仅有47.29%的患者能复述医生嘱托.结论：有效的医患沟通能提高围绝经期妇女认知及自我保健.
