柔肝活血方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Rougan Huoxue Fang in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and research the action mechanism. Methods:60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were given Rougan Huoxue Fang orally,morning and evening each one time,and the control group were treated with lornoxicam tablets,2 times a day,1 piece one time,the two groups were gave 4 weeks for a period of treatment,for two consecutive period of treatment.To compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group,obvious effects occurred 13 patients(43.33%),14 patients(46.67%) were effective,total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group obvious effects occurred 5 patients(16.67%),15 patients(50.00%) were effective,total effective rate was 66.67%,the difference between the treatment group and control group was significant(P<0.05).In the symptoms score of pain and joint function disturbance after treatment,the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Rougan Huoxue Fang can effectively relieve the knee osteoarthritis various clinical symptoms,acetanilide detumescence,relieve swelling and pain, promote blood circulation,repair cartilage,restore joint function.%　　目的：观察柔肝活血方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效,对其作用机制进行研究.方法：将患膝关节骨性关节炎的60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,水煎服柔肝活血方,早晚各1次；对照组30例,口服氯诺昔康片1片/次,2次/d；两组都以4周为一疗程,连续治疗两个疗程.观察并比较两组的临床疗效.结果：治疗后治疗组显效13例(43.33%),有效14例(46.67%),总有效率90.00%；对照组显效5例(16.67%),有效15例(50.00%),总有效率66.67%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组疼痛和关节功能障碍症状的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：柔肝活血方能有效地缓解膝关节骨性关节炎各种临床症状,消肿止痛,柔肝活血,修复软骨组织,恢复关节功能.
