蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉应用左旋布比卡因的临床分析

摘要

Objective :To investigate the feasibility and clinical anesthetic effect of subarachnoid block anesthesia with levobupivacaine.Methods :80 obstetrics and gynecology patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ of selective operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group have 40 cases.The patients of two groups were given subarachnoid block anesthesia :experimental group injected with 0.75% levobupivacaine 2 ml,control group injected with 0.75% bupivacaine 2 ml.Observed the following parameters in the two groups of anesthesia effects,sensory and motor block,blood pressure and heart rate changes,and then compared the differences of the various parameters.Results:The anesthetic effect was no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05);there was significant difference in the incidence of hypotension between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion :Clinical results of levobupivacaine applied to subarachnoid block anesthesia is as same as that of bupivacaine,can be clinical practice.%　　目的：探讨蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉应用左旋布比卡因的可行性与临床麻醉效果.方法：选择笔者所在医院接收的 ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级妇产科择期手术患者80例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各40例.为对比研究左旋布比卡因的临床效果,对两组患者分别进行蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉：试验组注射0.75%左旋布比卡因2 ml,对照组注射0.75%布比卡因2 ml.观察两组麻醉效果、感觉与运动阻滞、血压与心率变化.结果：两组麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组低血压发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：左旋布比卡因用于蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉的临床效果明显,具有与布比卡因相同的安全性,可进行临床推广.
