宫颈高危型HPV检测联合阴道镜检查对宫颈癌前病变的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨宫颈高危型 HPV 检测联合阴道镜检查对宫颈癌前病变的诊断价值.方法：所有阴道镜检查可疑宫颈病变患者同时行高危型HPV 检测及阴道镜下可疑部位活检.结果：278疑为宫颈癌前病变患者高危型 HPV-DNA 检测阳性为123例,经宫颈活检可得 CIN Ⅰ32例,CIN Ⅱ5例, CIN Ⅲ2例,宫颈癌1例；HPV-DNA 检测阴性155例,经宫颈活检可得：CIN Ⅰ14例,未见 CIN Ⅱ、Ⅲ及宫颈癌病例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：宫颈高危型 HPV 检测联合阴道镜检查能提高宫颈癌前病变诊断检出率,对宫颈癌前病变的早期发现具有重要意义,并为筛查癌前病变提供简便方法.%　　Objective :To explore the diagnosis of cervical HPV testing combined with colposcopy examination for cervical precancerous lesions. Methods :278 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were given colposcopy examination and hybrid capture test to detect HPV-DNA.Results :123 cases were the positive result of HPV-DNA detection,the result of cervical biopsy were 32cases of CINⅠ,5 cases of CINⅡ,2 cases of CIN Ⅲ,1 case of cervical cancer ;155 cases were the negative result of HPV-DNA detection,the result of cervical biopsy were 14 cases of CINⅠ,no case of CINⅡ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer,the differences was statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :The cervical HPV testing combined with colposcopy examination can improve detectable rate of cervical precancerous lesions.It has important significance for early detection of cervical precancerous lesions.
