健康教育在儿童口腔保健中应用的初步探讨

摘要

目的：：探讨健康教育对于儿童口腔保健的作用以及应用价值。方法：2011年12月-2012年12月对某小学100名小学生，实施为期1年的关于口腔卫生的健康教育，健康教育前后分别对儿童的口腔卫生知识、口腔保健行为以及口腔状况进行调查，对比健康教育前后结果。结果：健康教育前儿童的平均知识知晓率较低，其中细菌、糖和宿主是龋齿和牙周病的主要发病因素、龋病和牙周病会损坏牙齿、龋病和牙周病会引起口腔疾病和全身系统疾病、窝沟封闭可预防磨牙龋坏、保护六龄齿等知识知晓率非常低，不容乐观；经过健康教育之后，儿童平均知识知晓率明显升高，平均知晓率较高；健康教育后儿童的牙石检出率、患龋率、牙龈炎发生率以及菌斑指数都有明显改善。结论：对儿童进行针对口腔保健的健康教育，可以提升儿童保健知识知晓率，纠正错误保健习惯，改善儿童口腔卫生状况，指导意义显著，值得推广应用。%Objective:To explore the health education for children’s oral health effect and application value.Method:From December 2011 to December 2012,a primary school of 100 pupils were cared out oral health education for one-year,the results of children’s knowledge of oral health,oral health behavior and oral health survey before and after health education were compared.Result:The average knowledge health education of children’s knowledge was low before health education,the bacteria,sugar and host were the main pathogenesis of dental caries and periodontal disease,dental caries and periodontal diseases will damage the teeth,dental caries and periodontal disease could cause oral diseases and systemic diseases,pit and fissure sealant could prevent molar caries, protection six age teeth knowledge rate were very low,that was not optimistic;after health education,awareness rate was significantly higher in children mean knowledge,the average awareness rate health education after the children’s dental calculus detection rate,rate of dental caries,gingivitis and plaque incidence index were significantly improved.Conclusion:Health education of oral health care for children can improve children’s health knowledge awareness rate of health habits,correct mistakes,to improve the oral health of children,guiding significance,it is worthy of popularization and application.
