The present invention relates to a child oral health management and education system capable of promoting oral management and cavity prevention for children by photographing and uploading an actual tooth image of a child and providing an oral condition report, which is formed by analyzing a tooth condition through deep learning when medical examination paper is filled, and also, enabling the establishment of dentist visit education or anticavity toothbrushing habit guidelines by providing an oral management education animation. The child oral health management and education system includes: a tooth image acquisition means acquiring a tooth image by photographing the anterior tooth part of a child; a user terminal obtaining the tooth image through communication with the tooth image acquisition means, providing personal information and medical examination data of the child and the obtained tooth image, and requesting an oral health condition report; and an oral health management server creating and transmitting an oral health condition report to the user terminal by analyzing the tooth image provided from the user terminal through deep learning, and prompting a toothbrushing instruction and a dentist visit instruction by providing a toothbrushing instruction animation.
