20例剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床诊治及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的20例剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的临床诊治资料。结果：均实行手术治疗切除病灶，术后随访6个月~3年，无一例复发。结论：剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生是一种医源性子宫内膜异位症，重在预防，一旦发生首选手术治疗。%Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures after cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis.Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 20 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were abdominal incision endometriosis patients.Result:The implementation of surgical treatment of lesions were followed up for 6 months to 3 years with no recurrence.Conclusion:The occurrence of cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis is an iatrogenic endometriosis,focusing on prevention,in the event of the surgical treatment of choice.
