对癫痫伴发精神障碍患者家属实施院外延续护理的研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing continuation of Parkinson with mental disorders in relatives of patients with the implementation of hospital.Methods:Randomly 136 cases of patients and their families were divided into model group and experimental group (implementation of families continue nursing ).observe the intervention effect after nursing.Results:After the intervention,the families of SCL-90 total score and mental obstacle knowledge levels were significantly higher than those before intervention,after the intervention,the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Continued-nursing intervention effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.%　　目的：探讨癫痫伴有精神障碍患者家属院外延续护理的实行效果。方法：随机抽选136例笔者所在医院出院的癫痫伴有精神障碍患者以及家属为观察对象，采用抽签法分为常模组与试验组(对患者家属予以个别和集体干预的院外延续护理模式)。观察试验组院外延续护理干预前、后家属症状自评量表、精神障碍防治知识了解程度的变化情况；干预1年后，对患者生活质量进行评估，并与常模组患者相比较。结果：院外延续护理干预后，患者家属症状自评量表总均分和精神障碍防治知识了解程度评分均显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者生活质量除在精神支柱领域以及生理领域外，其它各领域均明显高于常模组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：院外延续护理干预效果显著，值得推广。
