我国客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）的现况分析

摘要

目的：了解我国客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的现况。方法：本研究分析1990-2013年在中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)上发表的OSCE文献，采用SPSS 18.0软件，统计资料中的主要评价指标，进行中医与西医间OSCE应用研究的组间比较。结果：中医与西医OSCE考试评价中，考试均分组间比较差异无统计学意义；问卷调查中考试公正性及模拟真实性组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：我国OSCE的发展仍处于初级阶段，其中中医学中OSCE的应用研究更是刚刚起步。%Objective:To investigate the status of objective structured clinical examination in China.Methods:Main indicators of published literature from 1990 to 2013,which is searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),is used to comparative the study of OSCE application in Chinese and Western medicine by SPSS 18.0 software.Results:OSCE examination and evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine were no statistically significant differences between groups of test;impartiality and authenticity on questionnaire examination were statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The OSCE in China is still in the primary stage,the application of OSCE of Traditional Chinese Medicine is just started.
