决明子颗粒与饮片水煎剂血脂调节的药效学比较研究

摘要

目的：比较决明子颗粒与传统饮片水煎剂降脂作用的药效学，为临床用药提供理论依据。方法：实验分为阴性对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(血脂康胶囊)、决明子颗粒组与饮片水煎剂组，以总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)为指标研究决明子颗粒与传统饮片降脂作用的药效学差异。结果：决明子颗粒组与阳性对照组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.05)，决明子颗粒组与饮片水煎剂组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：决明子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用优于传统饮片水煎剂。%Objective:To compare the pharmacodynamics of granules and decoction of Semen Cassiae in regulating blood lipid and in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods:Negative control group,model group,positive control group(Xuezhikang Capsule),Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group were set up in this study.TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were served as research indicators.Results:The level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in Semen Cassiae granules group and positive control group were reduced significantly compared with model group(P<0.05);There were significant difference between Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Semen Cassiae granules were superior to Chinese herbal pieces decoction in regulating blood lipid of hyperlipemia rats.
