Objective:To study and analyze the role of hospital cultural construction in the overall quality of medical students.Methods:256 cases of internship medical students from January 2009 to January 2012 in the hospital were chosen.They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=128) and the control group (n=128).The control group was taken with purely hospital internship work,and the experiment group of students was taken with hospital cultural training and knowledge learning on the basis of the control group.The credit rating of the two groups of students after the end of the internship was evaluated in order to detect the effect of the overall quality of training of the medical students,and provide sound advice in the construction of the hospital culture.Results:The experimental group of outstanding was 53.91%,the good was 41.41%,and 4.68% was qualified,and poor was 0.The rates of the control group were 32.03%, 39.03%,17.19 and 11.72%.Conclusion:The cultural construction education and training of medical students has a good practical significance in improving the overall quality of the medical students.% 目的：研究分析医院文化建设在医学生综合素质培养方面的作用效果.方法：选取2009年1月-2012年1月在医院实习的医学生256例，随机分为试验组(128例)和对照组(128例)，对照组同学单纯地进行医院实习工作，试验组同学在对照组基础上进行医院文化培训和知识学习.实习期结束后对两组学生进行学分评估，以检测医学生综合素质培养的效果，并在医院文化建设提供中肯的意见.结果：试验组优秀53.91%，良好41.41%，合格4.68%，差0；对照组分别为32.03%、39.03%、17.19、11.72%.结论：对医学生进行医院文化建设的教育与培训具有良好的现实意义，提高了医学生的综合素质.
