宫颈糜烂应用保妇康凝胶联合氟哌酸治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨保妇康凝胶联合氟哌酸治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2011年1月-2013年1月就诊的120例非妊娠期、非处女宫颈糜烂患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用保妇康凝胶联合氟哌酸治疗；对照组单纯采用保妇康凝胶治疗，经过2个疗程后，观察比较两组患者的痊愈时间、阴道分泌物量、气味消失时间、宫颈糜烂的治疗效果及并发症情况。结果：经过2个疗程后，治疗组的痊愈时间和气味消失时间均明显短于对照组，阴道分泌物量明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治愈率90.0%明显高于对照组的55.0%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.43，P=0.00)，两组患者均无明显并发症发生。结论：保妇康凝胶联合氟哌酸治疗宫颈糜烂效果显著，且副作用小，无并发症发生，治愈率高，易被患者接受，值得临床推广。%Objective:To investigate the effect of Baofukang Gel combined with Norfloxacin in the treatment of cervical erosion.Method:120 patients of cervical erosion with non-pregnancy and non-virgins in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Baofukang Gel combined Norfloxacin,the control group was only treated with Baofukang Gel.After 2 courses of treatment,the recovery time,vaginal secretions,smell disappear time, the treatment effect of cervical erosion and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,the recovery time and smell disappear time of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the vaginal secretions of treatment group was significantly less than these of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of treatment group was 90.0%,it was significantly higher than 55.0%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.43,P=0.00).Conclusion:The effect of Baofukang Gel combined with Norfloxacin in the treatment of cervical erosion is remarkable,and side effect is small,no complications,with high cure rate,easily accepted by patients,it is worth clinical promotion.
