At first, culturing the red nocardia CGMCC No.0712, then simulated samples culturing, mycelium collecting, cell breaking, proteinase processing and removing fatty to obtain red nocardia cell wall skeleton, finally filling and lyophilizing. The said preparation comprises red nocardia cell wall skeleton and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. The said preparation has remarkable effect on some indications, 88% cure rate and 100% total probability of efficiency, which has no damage on normal tissue, innocuous, safely, in addition, which has lesser side-effect and convenient for use.
