应用心脏起搏器植入后患者情绪障碍的临床干预

摘要

目的：探讨综合干预在应用心脏起搏器植入后患者情绪障碍的应用价值。方法：选取2010年1月-2013年8在笔者所在医院接受心脏起搏器植入患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用常规药物治疗法进行药物干预，观察组患者在对照组常规药物干预的基础上使用综合干预进行临床干预，比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑程度和抑郁程度和遵医嘱行为，并使用SPSS 13.0软件包对比较结果进行统计学分析。结果：观察组患者干预后的焦虑程度明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)；观察组患者干预后的抑郁程度明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)；观察组患者的遵医嘱行为明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：综合干预可有效改善应用心脏起搏器后患者的抑郁感和焦虑感，对于提高患者的遵医嘱行为具有重要意义，具有推广应用价值。%Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive intervention on emotional disorder patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation. Method:80 cases who underwent pacemaker implantation from January 2010 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was treated with routine drug therapy for drug intervention,the observation group was given comprehensive intervention for clinical intervention in the control group based on the routine drug intervention,the degree of anxiety and depression and the degree of compliance of two groups were compared before and after nursing,and the SPSS 13.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the results.Result:The degree of anxiety and depression of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The degree of compliance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive intervention can effectively improve the application of cardiac pacemaker in patients with depression and anxiety,is very important to improve the compliance behavior of patients,and has popularization and application value.
