优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗死护理中的价值探析

摘要

Objective:To explore the value of high-quality nursing service for the senile cerebral infarction. Method:96 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according the time. Each group contained 48 cases. The observation group were given high-quality nursing service, and the control group were given normal nursing service. The activities of daily living, mental status, satisfaction and adverse reaction of these two groups were observed and compared. Result:Through the intervention, the SAS score, BI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0. 05), the adverse reaction overall incidence of the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05), the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The high-quality nursing service can improve the daily living ability of senile cerebral infarction patients, improve the patient’s mental state, reduce the incidence of complications, increased satisfaction, significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.%目的：探究优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗死护理中的价值。方法：选取2012年9月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的老年性脑梗死患者96例，按时间顺序分为观察组与对照组，每组各48例。观察组患者进行优质护理服务，对照组患者进行一般护理服务。观察两组患者日常生活能力、心理状态、不良发应及满意度情况比较。结果：经干预后，观察组患者SAS评分、BI评分分别优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者总满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理服务能有效的提高老年性脑梗死患者的日常生活能力，改善患者心理状态，降低并发症的发生，增加满意度，临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广与应用。
