普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法：将80例桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用抗甲状腺药物治疗，观察组采用普萘洛尔治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者甲状腺症状及血清学指标恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为87.5%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为72.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗期间无一例患者出现并发症，对照组患者有5例患者出现粒细胞减少，发生率为12.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进临床效果佳，并发症少，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Propranolol in the treatmeng of Hashimoto’s disease associated with hyperthyroidism.Method:80 cases of Hashimoto’s disease associated with hyperthyroidism patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group treated with antithyroid drug,the observation group treated with Propranolol,the curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:The thyroid symptoms and serological indicator restoration of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,the control group was 72.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group patients in the treatment period with no complications,the control group had 5 cases with neutropenia,the occurrence rate was 12.5%,two groups had statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hashimoto’s disease associated with hyperthyroidism treated with Propranolol has a good clinical effect,fewer complications,is safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
