普米克令舒佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of infantile capillary bronchitis with Pulmicort Respules,in order to improve the treatment effect and prognosis in such children to provide reliable basis.Method:The control group was given conventional treatment,on the basis of the control group the study group combined with Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation,recording the time needed for two groups of children with main clinical symptoms disappeared, length of hospital stay and clinical curative effect.Result:The shortness of breath ease,heart rate,normal and wet rale disappearing,wheezing sound disappear, time needed for cough disappeared,and hospitalization days of the study group were significantly less than the control group.The clinical total effective rate of the study group was as high as 94.87%,significantly higher than control group was 79.49%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment process of infantile capillary bronchitis sino-canadian joint with Pulmicort Respules,can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, quickly ease or disappear with various clinical manifestations,guarantee the quality of life in children with satisfactory prognosis.%目的：探讨普米克令舒治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效，为提高此类患儿治疗效果及预后提供可靠依据。方法：对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用普米克令舒雾化吸入，记录两组患儿主要临床表现消失所需时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果：研究组气促缓解、心率正常、湿啰音消失、哮鸣音消失、咳嗽消失所需时间及住院天数均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组临床治疗总有效率高达94.87%，显著高于对照组临床治疗总有效率79.49%(P<0.05)。结论：在常规治疗小儿毛细支气管炎过程中加用普米克令舒联合给药，可显著提高患儿临床疗效，迅速缓解或消失患儿各项临床表现，使其获得满意预后保障患儿生活质量。
