个体化健康教育对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响

     

摘要

目的:为有效开展糖尿病教育提供新的思路与方法,探讨个体化健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:随机抽取100例住院糖尿病患者,并将其分成对照组和试验组各50例,两组患者均接受糖尿病药物治疗,试验组患者从入院起实施为期半年的个体化健康教育,利用SF-36量表对两组患者进行调查,并分析结果。结果:试验组患者心理健康、社会功能、躯体健康、精力、躯体疼痛、情绪角色功能等6个维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康教育使患者对糖尿病的了解更加深入,不健康心理明显得到改善,生存质量得到明显提高。%Objective:To provide a new way of thinking and develop effective methods to carry out diabetes education and to explore the effects of individual health education on quality of life in patients with diabetes.Method:100 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetes were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were treated with the therapy of diabetes mellitus,with the experimental group’s patients from the hospital taking a half-year individual health education. SF 36 table was used to investigate and analyze the results.Result:The scores in six dimensions-mental health,social function,physical health,energy,physical pain,emotional role function in the experimental group’s patients were compared with the control group for comparison,which were all superior to the control group,with significantly improved quality of life of patients. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized health education can help the patients with diabetes to have a more in-depth understanding,obviously improves their mental health and the quality of life.
