急性心肌梗死介入手术患者术后护理的体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the nursing methods and results for patients with acute myocardial infarction after surgical intervention. Method:100 cases routine admitted to the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with primary PCI in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients and 50 cases in the observation group,50 cases in the control group underwent routine care,the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the control group,the complication in the two groups was compared,the rate of patient satisfaction were observed situation.Result:The rate of patient satisfaction was 96%in the observation group,the control group was 76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing interventions can improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,worthy of further promotion use.%目的：探讨急性心肌梗死介入手术患者术后护理方法与效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2011年1月-2012年12月收治的100例行急诊PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死患者，随机分为对照组50例，观察组50例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上行护理干预，对两组患者护理后患者并发症发生率情况进行对比，观察两组患者满意率情况。结果：观察组患者总满意率为96%，显著优于对照组的76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后并发症发生率显著高于观察组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采取有效的护理干预措施，可有效提高患者满意率，减少术后并发症的发生率，值得临床进一步推广使用。
