Cook宫颈球囊与催产素应用于促宫颈成熟及引产的效果比较

         

摘要

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Cook cervical balloon and oxytocin on cervical ripening and induced labor.Method:320 expectant women,with indications of induction of labor,singleton,fetus in cephalic presentation over 37 weeks’gestation were recruited from March 2012 to October 2013.160 cases using Cook cervical balloon,were research group.The same period 160 cases,applying Oxytocin,were the control group.The cervical ripening effect,success of induced labor,and influence of mother and neonate of two groups were compared.Result:Comparing with the control group,there were significant difference in the cervical ripening rate,parturient time and the vaginal delivery rate(P<0.05).While,there were no significant differences in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar scores of neonate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cook cervical balloon can effectively promote cervical ripening,reduce cesarean rates,without increase in maternal and neonatal complications.%目的:比较Cook宫颈球囊与催产素应用于促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果差异。方法:收集2012年3月-2013年10月期间符合引产指征320例单胎头位待产孕妇,160例采用Cook宫颈球囊为研究组,160例应用催产素引产为对照组,比较分析两组促宫颈成熟效果、引产成功比例及对母儿结局的影响。结果:研究组应用Cook宫颈球囊后宫颈成熟比例、临产时间、阴道分娩比例均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组产后出血量及新生儿情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Cook宫颈球囊能有效促进宫颈成熟,降低剖宫产率,且未增加母婴并发症。
