正骨水在减轻化疗外渗后疼痛的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bonesetting Liquid alleviating painafter chemotherapy extravasation,for improving the clinical diagnosi.Method:60 cases with pain after chemotherapy extravasation in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups.The control group(n=30) was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group(n=30) was treated with Bonesetting Liquid.The clinical effect after treatment was observed.Result:The total pain rate of the control group was 66.67%, the observation group was 0, which had statistical significance(P<0.05).The visual simulation score,life quality socre,pain time and satisfactorydegree between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bonesetting Liquid not only can alleviate pain after chemotherapy extravasation, but also can improve life quality.%目的：探讨正骨水对减轻化疗外渗后疼痛的临床效果，以提高患者舒适度。方法：选取60例化疗外渗后疼痛患者作为研究对象，分为两组，对照组30例予常规外渗处理，观察组30例外渗部位外敷浸有正骨水的纱块，观察治疗后的临床效果。结果：对照组总疼痛率为66.67%，观察组总疼痛率为0，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组视觉模拟评分、生活质量评分、疼痛时间、满意度比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：正骨水能有效减轻患者化疗外渗后的疼痛，提高生活质量。
