小剂量倍美力在更年期综合征治疗中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨及分析小剂量倍美力治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选择笔者所在医院收治的102例更年期综合征患者，随机性分为两组，研究组52例患者给予小剂量的倍美力治疗，对照组50例患者给予高剂量的倍美力治疗，对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组患者的K分及激素E2、FSH水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组患者K分、FSH水平显著下降，E2水平显著升高，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，但治疗后两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组患者的副反应发生率为19.23%，对照组为58.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：小剂量倍美力治疗更年期综合征的疗效显著，安全性高，具有重要的临床应用价值。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and security of small doses of Premarin in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Method:102 cases of menopausal syndrome in our hospital were divided into study group(n=52,treated by small doses of Premarin)and control group(n=50,treated by high doses of Premarin).The clinical efficacy of two groups were analyzed.Result:Before treatment,the K score,levels of hormone E2 and FSH of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the K score,FSH of were significantly decreased,E2 levels were significantly increased than before treatment(P<0.01), but the indicators of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Adverse incidence of study group(19.23%) was significant lower than that of the control group(58.00%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Small does of Premarin in treatment of menopausal syndrome has significantly efficacy,is safe and has important clinical value.
