小剂量结合雌激素片在更年期综合征治疗中的应用思考

摘要

目的：分析小剂量结合雌激素片（倍美力）在更年期综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组的64例患者使用小剂量倍美力进行治疗，对照组的64例患者使用高剂量倍美力进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组患者K分、FSH指标均有下降，E2水平提高，与治疗前对比，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.01），但是两组患者的治疗差异不存在统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论小剂量倍美力在治疗更年期综合征时，效果接近大剂量倍美力疗效，而发生不良反应的几率要低于大剂量倍美力治疗，提高了治疗的安全性。%Objective To analyze the efficacy of smal doses of combination estrogen tablets(premarin)in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods Patients were randomly divided intothe observation group and the control group,the observation group of 64 cases ofpatients with the use of smal doses of premarin treatment,the control group of 64 patients using high doses of premarin treatment,clinical treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,two groups of patients K,FSH indexwere decreased,E2 level increased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.01),but the treatment between the two groups was not significant,there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion Low dosepremarin in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,the effect of large doses of premarin treatment approach,the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in large doses of premarin treatment,to improve the security of treatment.
