LEEP刀联合阴道镜下活检宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊治分析

摘要

目的：对LEEP刀联合阴道镜下活检宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊治效果进行研究分析。方法：抽取48例经阴道镜下活检诊断为宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察LEEP术后病理检查结果和阴道镜下活检诊断结果的符合率及临床疗效。结果：48例患者手术均获得成功，平均术中出血量(5.8±2.1)ml，平均手术时间(5.2±2.1)min，术前、术后病理检查结果符合率68.8%，所有患者均无CIN复发。结论：LEEP诊治宫颈上皮内瘤变操作简单、手术成功率高，具有临床推广价值。%Objective:To analyze the effect of LEEP joint biopsy under colposcopy in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Method:Colposcopic biopsy diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 48 patients clinical data were selected and etrospectively analyzed to observe the pathological examination and colposcopy after LEEP biopsy under coincidence rate and treatment effect.Result:The operation of 48 cases were successful,the mean intraoperative blood loss was (5.8±2.1)ml,mean operative time was (5.2±2.1)min,the coincidence rate of preoperative and postoperative on pathologic examination results was 68.8%,there was no CIN recurrence.Conclusion:LEEP is simple to operate,high success rate for diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and has clinical promotion value.
