老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抑郁症状调查和心理护理干预的效果

摘要

目的：探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抑郁症状和心理护理干预的效果。方法：选取2010年12月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的80例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，根据干预方法不同分为治疗组与对照组，各40例，对照组患者采用常规治疗与护理，在此基础上治疗组加用积极的心理护理干预。结果：干预后治疗组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC%与PEF值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后评分都明显下降(P<0.05)，同时组间评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者多存在抑郁症状，积极地心理护理干预能有效改善肺功能，缓解抑郁症状，从而改善预后。%Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological care interventions for the depressive symptoms in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:80 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected in author’s hospital from December 2010 to December 2013, were divided into the treatment group and the control group accorded to the different interventions,each group had 40 cases,the control group was treated with conventional treatment and care,the treatment group was given positively psychological nursing intervention on the basis of control group treatment and care. Result:After the intervention,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC% and PEF of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the depression scores before the intervention between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and the scores were significantly decreased after the intervention(P<0.05),while inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were more depressive symptoms,positively psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve lung function,alleviate depressive symptoms,thereby improve prognosis.
