42例糖尿病患者院外胰岛素笔用针头使用现状调查

摘要

目的：了解院外糖尿病患者胰岛素注射针头使用情况，分析影响注射针头不能按时更换的原因。方法：应用自行设计的调查问卷对院外使用胰岛素注射的42例患者进行问卷调查，通过面对面询问了解患者重复使用注射针头的原因。结果：42例患者中重复使用胰岛素笔用注射针头者33例(78.6%)，且不知道重复使用针头危害、不知道针头的更换频次和经济原因是影响患者重复使用注射针头的主要原因。结论：应建立多种渠道，对糖尿病患者实施完整的胰岛素注射相关知识的教育，并对教育形式创新，使教育工作更具有可行性、针对性、实效性。%Objective:To understand the situation of usage of insulin needles for diabetics outside the hospital ,to analysis the reasons of not timely replacing hypodermic needles. Method:Applying self-designed questionnaire of insulin injections for outside the hospital carries on a questionnaire survey among 42 patients,by face to face about knowing the cause of the patient reuse needles.Result:Patients reusing insulin pen needles account for 78.6%in 42 patients.They didn’t know the harm of reusing needles,and they didn’t know that the frequency of needle replacement and the economic reason were the main factors affecting the patient to reuse needles. Conclusion:A variety of channels should be established,patients with diabetes should be received full education about knowledge related to insulin injection,educational form shall be innovated to make educational work more feasible ,focused and effective .
