联合心理护理对青年缺血性脑卒中患者后期康复效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨联合心理护理对青年缺血性脑卒中患者后期康复效果的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的青年缺血性脑卒中患者97例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)和观察组(48例)，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上联合心理护理，两组患者在入院治疗前及治疗后第4、8周分别采用焦虑评定量表(SAS)、抑郁评定量表(SDS)和Barthel指数法进行评价。结果：经联合心理护理治疗4、8周后，两组患者SAS、SDS及ADL评分较治疗前均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且观察组SAS、SDS及ADL评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：青年缺血性脑卒中患者经联合心理护理，焦虑和抑郁症状得到显著改善，同时患者的日常生活能力也得到明显提高。%Objective:To analyze the rehabilitation effect on the united psychological nursing to young patients with ischemic stroke. Method:Selected 97 young ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups including control group and observation group. The control group only was treated with regular nursing,and observation group received united psychological nursing. Therapeutic effect before and after therapy for 4 and 8 weeks was accessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Barthel index evaluation method. Result:The SAS、SDS and activities of daily living scores (ADL) scores of two groups were significantly improved after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks (P<0.05).SAS,SDS and ADL scores observation group were better than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:United psychological nursing can improved the anxiety and depression symptom of young ischemic stroke patients,and improve the activity of daily living.
