腹腔镜手术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的体会

摘要

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) to treat acute calculous cholecystitis.Method:The clinical data of 98 cases suffered from acute calculous cholecystitis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:98 cases were successfully completed surgery,no conversion to open surgery,all patients restored completely without severe complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) is safe and feasible in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.The key to success is mastering high operative skills.%目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC)治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的经验体会。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的98例急性结石性胆囊炎患者施行LC术的临床资料。结果：98例均成功完成手术，无中转开腹，患者均痊愈出院。结论：急性结石性胆囊炎行LC术是安全、切实可行的，关键在于手术医生对手术技巧的掌握。
