解剖型锁定加压钢板结合微创钢板固定技术治疗未波及关节面胫骨远端骨折疗效分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨解剖型锁定加压钢板(LCP)联合微创钢板固定技术(MIPO)对于未波及关节面胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集2011年1月-2013年5月笔者所在医院收治的40例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用LCP联合MIPO技术进行治疗,对照组予以切开复位内固定进行治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、切口愈合时间以及骨性愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组优良率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为5.0%,显著低于对照组的35.0%(P<0.05)。结论:应用LCP联合MIPO治疗未波及关节面胫骨骨折疗效显著,并发症较少,功能康复较快,值得在临床中推广应用。%Objective:To investigate curative effects of the anatomical locking compression plate(LCP) combined with minimally invasive plate fixation combined(MIPO) in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures.Method:40 patients with distal tibia fractures patients in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given LCP combined with MIPO techniques treatment,and the control group was given ORIF treatment.The curative effects of these two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:All of the operative time,blood loss,hospitalization,the healing time of wound and bone of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the curative excellent effect rate was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than 65.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse rate of the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than 35.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCP combined with MIPO in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures have a significant effect,fewer complications,faster functional recovery,it is worthy of promotion.
