结肠癌并发肠梗阻手术治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨结肠癌并发梗阻手术治疗效果。方法：选取32例结肠癌并发梗阻行手术治疗的患者，回顾分析临床资料。结果：患者痊愈率为87.5%，并发症发生率为12.5%。结论：结肠癌并发梗阻采用Ⅰ期手术并配合药物应用效果显著。%Objective:To investigate the effect of operation treatment for colorectal carcinoma complicated with obstruction.Method:32 patients with colon cancer complicated with obstruction underwent treatment operation,retrospective analysis clinical data.Result:The recovery rate was 87.5%,the occurrence rate of complications was 12.5%.Conclusion:I operation and drug application in the treatment colon cancer complicated with obstruction has significant effect.
