This article summarized factors and care measures of blood pressure measurement in children aged over five.The main factors which influenced blood pressure measurement of children aged over five included measure parts,measurement method,and children’s own factors and so on.Nurses need to improve the clinical environment and the quality of service,and they need to keep smile and strengthen guidance for children when they measure the blood pressure of children aged over five.In the same time,it is necessary to measure repeatedly in order to reduce the errors as possible.%本文结合实际总结五岁以上儿童血压测量的影响因素与护理措施。影响五岁以上儿童血压测量的主要因素包括儿童需要测量部位、测量方式、儿童自身因素及测量者相关的因素。对于五岁以上儿童进行血压测量，需要改善诊室的环境，护理人员需要提高服务质量，做到微笑服务，加强对儿童的指导。同时应重复测定结果，以尽量减少误差。
