非特异性喉肉芽肿临床治疗方法研究

摘要

目的：本研究主要就非特异性喉肉芽肿的临床治疗情况展开分析讨论。方法：选择2007年1月-2011年5月笔者所在医院收治的25例非特异性喉肉芽肿患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用手术联合非手术的方式进行治疗，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在对非特异性喉肉芽肿患者进行治疗时，手术联合非手术治疗的复发率相对较低，其中治愈18例，治愈率为72%。2例患者行放射性治疗后治愈。结论：在对非特异性喉肉芽肿患者进行临床治疗时，其复发倾向较为强烈，不过手术联合非手术仍是其主要的治疗方式，可以在临床中进行推广使用。%Objective:To analyse and discuss the clinical treatment of non-specific laryngeal granulomas.Method:25 cases of non-specific laryngeal granulomas in our hospital from Jan 2007 to May 2011 were selected as the research object,all patients were treated with surgery combined with non-surgical approach to the treatment,the clinical data were retrospectively analysed.Result:In the right laryngeal granulomas in patients with non-specific treatment, surgery combined with non-surgical treatment was relatively low recurrence rate,18 cases were cured,the cure rate was 72%.2 cases of patients after radiation treatment were cured.Conclusion:The clinical treatment of patients with non-specific laryngeal granulomas,its recurrence tend to be more intense,but the surgery with non-surgical treatment is still the main way to promote.
